InterAcademy Council IPCC Review Meeting

June 14, 2010 -- The InterAcademy Council committee reviewing the processes and procedures of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) held its second meeting at McGill University in Montreal today. Scientists who have led and participated in IPCC assessments presented their perspectives of the assessment process to the committee. The InterAcademy Council is a body of the world’s science academies, including the U.S. National Academy of Sciences.
